Transferring Clergy from another church, denomination, or jurisdiction that is not in historic apostolic succession; and is seeking ordination into this community: Please visit the Ordination Page and please contact Bp. Incardination: Clergy wanting to transfer from jurisdictions and churches in historic apostolic succession, please contact Bp. Jon to inquire about reception into our community. Once a contact is establish, Bp. Jon will send you an application packet; if one is requested.​

Third Order Ordained Clergy: Clergy who want to participate as a Third Order Member, and are not seeking incardination or ordination, please see our Third Order Application Packet and contact Bp. Jon.​

 

Lay Leaders who want to be ordained as deacons and priests into this community: Please visit the Ordination Page and please contact Bp. Jon. Once a contact is establish, Bp. Jon will send you an application packet.

Neo-monastic Communities

New Monastics and New Monastic Communities are welcome in this Christian community. New Monasticism in this community needs to include the following elements: 1. Full commitment to promoting generational revival and moving in the power and gifts of the Holy Spirit within the context of their own Spirit filled, Missional, and Sacramental ministry dynamic. 2. Practically living out the contemplative life. 3. Establishing a physically located community that offers hospitality and missional outreach. Typically, that would be a communal home (an intentional monastic living community) or a communal gathering place (a Monastic Center).

Please contact Bishop Jon if you have interest in being a Christian Brother or Sister (a monk) in this community and/or establishing a new monastic community within The Missioners of The Holy Spirit. Once a contact is establish, Bp. Jon will send you an application packet, if one is requested.
