Everyone is Welcome

The Evensong Chapel Service is provided by Hope on THE WAY Ministries and the missional Society of St. Patrick and St. Aidan: an international ecumenical Christian community of lay people and clergy.

It is a celebration of the Eucharist (Holy Communion) with contemporary music. It is inspired by the Evensong (evening) music and prayer service in the ancient English (Anglo) - Irish (Celtic) Christian tradition.

It serves as the central worship center to a missional Christian community in Western Washington County, Oregon, host to the Hope on THE WAY podcast ministry with Fr. Jon Aamodt, and as a worship service for anyone who would like to attend (or experience) an evangelical, charismatic, and liturgical worship service.

All song lyrics and responsive prayers are displayed on a projection screen. So, everyone can participate and follow along.

All who profess sincere faith in Jesus as Savior and Lord are welcome to receive communion. All may come forward to the altar during communion to receive a pastoral blessing.

Children also attend the worship service and are included in a brief children's sermon during the service. A children's ministry is offered, for toddlers and preschoolers, during most of the chapel service.
